This is a Disney Winnie the Pooh 0-3 month long-sleeved shirt. Where the neck is at the top there are two snap buttons that open to make the neck opening bigger. On the front there is Piglet carrying a pink heart balloon. Then beside Piglet is Pooh carrying a honey jar that is pink with honey coming out of it.
