William Jennings Bryan Mechanical 16 to 1 Bug Pic Pin.  The mechanical part works great when you fold the wings in and then press the little lever.  The pin could use a cleaning throughout.  The area of the 16 to 1 looks like it has color loss.  The picture of Jennings is not completely flat in how it lays in there-kind of slightly goes in and out-but is holding in place and sturdy-from age I'm guessing.  I can see a very slight space on the right side of the picture-when viewing-looks like some slight edge wear on the picture.  The paper edge in that area looks a little dirty-all from age of the pin.  A very cool item.  Please see pics for condition details.  No reserve!!
