It features a beautiful row of Victorian style Houses. It is from SUNSET DESIGNS - Out Of Print!  The kit is titled: "Victorian Houses". Designed by: Amy Kozma. COMPLETE & UNOPENED, finished framed size is roughly 10"x 20" ! Contains: 14 count cream Aida, 6-strand Cotton Embroidery Floss, Cotton Yarn, Needle, & easy to follow instructions including a color accented chart! I've got SO many projects in the works now, that sadly I know I'll just never get on to this one.It has been sitting all nice & tucked away in my sewing kit, - away from dust, light, etc.I have a new rule & motto these days - if I won't stitch it, I can't keep it! Honestly, there's no sensecollecting beautiful cross stitch kits just to keep them in packages to be able to say 'hey, I have that!' They should go to someone who will stitch them up & display the finished projects or give themas fantastic gifts...that's what these great kits deserve, not sitting in storage carts! All my items come from my SMOKE-FREE home! I do have a CAT.I have pretty bad allergy sensitivities, if any of my items have ANY issues w/ them, fragrance etc, you can rest assuredthat I'll tell you about it up-front in the listing. Most of my items do not because (obviously) it affects the allergies. ;) I've got no display or storage space anymore for much since we got the huge fish tank(which means I won't be getting my sewing room), not to mention the fact that my 'craft corner'in the dining room has overtaken the whole upstairs area LOL, so I am cleaning out the craft corner...dining room...living room...pantry closet...bedroom...yeah, I have A LOT & that's just one floor!!!Hubby says some things have got to go - so my craft items are priced to move.
