  This pretty aqua fabric feels like silk, but it's washable polyester.   It's lightweight, perfect for a blouse to go with that grey, black or beige suit, or would dress up a pair of pants for a special occasion. There are 2 1/2 yards, 42 inches wide - enough for a long-sleeved blouse or top. I'll also throw in two different sets of matching buttons for free. The fabric is new and is from a smoke-free, pet-free household.     I'm committed to customer satisfaction, and as part of that, I try to keep things simple. Here are my payment and shipping terms:   NOTE: I only ship within the 50 United States. No refunds or exchanges; all items sold as is. If there's a problem with your shipment, please contact me immediately to discuss the problem.   Payment:   I accept PayPal only. Payment is due within 3 calendar days of end of auction; if payment is not received, the unpaid item process will be followed and the item will be re-listed.     Shipping:   I use sturdy, lightweight packaging such as padded envelopes and new boxes that will best protect your purchased items.   Orders are shipped within one business day after payment has cleared.   I use USPS Priority Mail for shipping items and I charge retail rates; that is what you will see on your invoice. The delivery confirmation is included in the retail rate, and I don't charge a handling fee.   If you prefer other modes of shipping such as Parcel Post or UPS, or if you want insurance, then contact me via email and I will send you an adjusted invoice before you make your payment.
