15 1/2" x 13 yards crafty people  will have no problem with answering the question,  "what can I do with this?"  the scaloped eyelet edge is 1 1/2" of the 15 1/2" total measurement from top to bottom.   this  is a Ralph Lauren product used in bedding applications.   100% cotton    color is candlelight/ivory off white etc.  beige is too dark of a color to describe this one
