New with tag.   MISS ELAINE knee length gown in size 2-X.   100% cotton.  All white cotton.  Sewn down pleats on the front of gown.  Beautiful eyelet at the bodice.  Trimmed in white crochet lace & ribbon at neckline & on cap sleeves.  4 pearl buttons down the front of gown with a ribbon tie at neck.    Gathered across front & back for fullness.   3 & 1/2 inch ruffle at bottom of gown.
