This basket measures 15 inches by 3 inches, its very compatible with a large range of decor limited only by your imagination. This basket is completely handmade and typically takes several days to complete. The wicker used must first be dried then painstakingly woven. This is a very female dominated craft in Zimbabwe, some of these are made in coops and some are sold in markets or right on the streets. The processes used to make this are mostly hand done making the carbon footprint of this very small. We do also try and be efficient as possible by using as little paper as possible and recycling whatever we can including shipping boxes. This also reduces your cost.
